Subject: Request for Holiday Leave (February 26 - March 3, 2025)

Dear Mr. Smith,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to request a holiday leave from February 26 to March 3, 2025, as I will be visiting the United States. During my trip, I plan to see the Statue of Liberty, visit Harvard University, and tour the Tesla Main office.

While I am away, I have arranged for my supervisor to cover my responsibilities, and I have briefed my colleagues on any ongoing tasks to ensure a smooth workflow. I will also follow up on any matters upon my return.

Looking ahead, I will be taking on new initiatives when I get back, and I am excited to discuss these plans with you.

I can be reached by email if you need to contact me during my time away.

Thank you for your understanding and support in allowing me this time off.

Best regards,

Songphon Rattanasitchanchawan
